This application is provided by Non-profit Organization Japan Medical Network Association (JMNA). JMNA operates a Nation-wide EHR (Electronic Health Records) system, so-called "Sen-nen Karte".
Before download, you need to get an account of "Sen-nen Karate", which you can apply on JMNA website with your IDs.
