Your apps stores your health history so that it works especially in an emergency situation!
For instance, prescription, lab test results, and summary are available. Lab test is visualized in a graph view. Even if you are offline, still you can see records in your hand.

This application is provided by Non-profit Organization Japan Medical Network Association (JMNA). JMNA operates a Nation-wide EHR (Electronic Health Records) system, so-called "Sen-nen Karte".

Before download, you need to get an account of "Sen-nen Karate", which you can apply on JMNA website with your IDs.
